Fans of The Eccentric Family finally have more of the shapeshifting tanuki show in the lives with the return of the series last month. Not only that... if you're in Japan this October, you could go see the cast onstage for a special live chat.
This autumn, Katayanagi Arena at Nippon Engineering College will be hosting an exclusive stage show featuring chats with voice actors from the series. So far, Takahiro Sakurai (Yasaburo), Junichi Suwabe (Yaichiro), Mai Nakahara (Yashiro), Mamiko Noto (Benten), and Junji Majima (Nidaime) are scheduled to appear.
Tickets will go on sale in the near future, but fans who purchase the first DVD or BD box set of The Eccentric Family 2 will receive a ticket allowing them to enter a lottery for advance purchase. The box set comes out in Japan on June 28.
The Eccentric Family stage event will take place on October 15.
