"Monster Hunter XX" Heads to Nintendo Switch with Cross-Play

Nintendo Switch is about to get its very first Monster Hunter title, though this one won't be wholly exclusive. Following up on its March release on Nintendo 3DS, Monster Hunter XX will be coming to Switch in Japan on August 25.

 

In addition to a debut trailer, Capcom shared more info on Monster Hunter XX Nintendo Switch Ver., including the fact that it supports both online and local multiplayer. Players will also be able to hunt online alongside those jamming the 3DS version, and save data can be transferred between the two versions.
