"The Idolm@ster Cinderella Girls Theater" 2nd ED Song Has Dominated No.1 for Four Consecutive Days

According to the latest Oricon sales report, "Étude wa Ikkyoku Dake" (Only One Song for Étude), the second ED theme song for the ongoing THE IDOLM@STER CINDERELLA GIRLS Theater TV anime, has placed in the No. 1 spot on its daily single CD sales chart for four consecutive days since May 24, the second day of release. The second single from "The Idolm@ster Cinderella Girls Little Stars!" CD series was released from Columbia Music Entertainment and ranked fourth in the daily chart on its first day.

 

"Étude wa Ikkyoku Dake" is written/composed by Shunryu (Sizuk Entertainment), who has worked for AKB48, SKE48, YuiKaroi, Minori Chihara, Nana Mizuki, and many other idols and anime voice actresses, and performed by a group composed of Rin Shibuya (Ayaka Fukuhara), Haruna Kamijo (Mina Nagashima, Nao Kamiya (Eriko Matsui), Ranko Kanzaki (Maaya Uchida), and Miyu Mifune (Sayaka Harada). It has been used as the ED theme since the anime's 5th episode aired on May 2.

The TV anime's first ED song ""Kira! Mankai Smile" was released on April 26. After dominating the Oricon's

daily single chart for five consecutive days from April 26 to 30, it ranked 2nd in the weekly raking with

a total first week sales of 52,733 units. The song performed by Uzuki Shimamura (CV: Ayaka Ohashi), Miho

Kohinata (Minami Tsuda), Mayu Sakuma (Yui Makino), Momoka Sakurai (Haruka Terui), and Anzu Futaba

(Hiromi Igarashi) has sold 71,571 copies in Japan so far.

 

The third ED song is expected to be released in the end of the next month.

 

The short anime series based on Kuma-Jet's gag manga series of the same name premiered in Japan on

April 4 and has also been available to Crunchyroll members worldwide except Asia.
