Seasons Change in "After the Rain" Key Visual

To reflect the beginning of the rainy season in the Kanto region, the official home page for the upcoming Koi wa Ameagari no You ni TV anime (known in English as After the Rain) has posted a new key visual that features the main character surrounded by hydrangea rather than cherry blossoms.

The original Koi wa Ameagari no You ni manga is serialized in Shogakukan's Weekly Big Comic Spirits seinen manga magazine. The series tells the story of Akira Tachibana, a 17 year old 2nd year high school student who is known for her cool and emotionally detached demeanor.  Akira is secretly in love with the hapless, middle-aged manager at the family restaurant where she works part-time.

The Koi wa Amegari no You ni TV anime will join Fuji TV's "noitanimA" animation block in January of 2018. The series will also be distributed digitally on Amazon Prime in Japan.
