Toya is your average Japanese light novel kid -- due to bizarre circumstances, he's found himself in a fantastical alternate universe, surrounded by a variety of cute girls. But Toya's case is a little different from others: his smartphone still works!
Fans wanting an early look at In Another World with My Smartphone may get a chance this month. A special prescreening of the first episode will be held at BiriBiri Akiba (Akihabara Radio Kaikan 9F). The presentation will also include a talk show event with voice actors Katsumi Fukuhara (Toya Mochizuki) and Yui Fukuo (Linse Shileska), as well as director Takeyuki Yanase.
Admission to the screening and talk show is free, with sign-ups available on the official website. In the case of the applications outnumbering the available seats, attendees will be chosen by lottery. Sign-ups end June 14.
The In Another World with My Smartphone prescreening will take place June 25 at 7:30 PM. The series premieres next month.
