Hometown Heroes Are Clueless in "Kaito x Ansa" TV Anime

A new teaser trailer is now available online for Kaito x Ansa, an upcoming TV anime about a pair of would-be heroes solving puzzles to save their hometown from destruction.

Kaito x Ansa is directed by Naoya Fukushi and features animation by Tengu Kobou. A spin-off the puzzle-solving TV anime NazotokineKaito x Anso follows the adventures of Kaito Aen and Ansa Arishin, a pair of young men who are tasked with becoming "Q-Formers", heroic guardians who must solve 16 challenging puzzles in only 5 hours in order to prevent their home city of Tachikawa from being destroyed.

Kaito x Ansa will broadcast in Japan according to the following TV schedule:

  • AT-X: every Wednesday during the 20:10 time slot beginning on July 12, 2017.
  • Tokyo MX: every Wednesday during the 22:00 time slot beginning on July 12, 2017.
  • Tochigi TV: every Wednesday during the 24:10 time slot beginning on July 12, 2017.
  • BS Fuji: every Sunday during the 2:40 time slot beginning on July 16, 2017, as part of the "Anime Guild" programming block.
  • Nishinippon Broadcasting: every Sunday during the 26:10 time slot beginning on July 16, 2017.

(Please note that some Japanese TV schedules count early-morning programming as late-night programming of the previous day, so for example the 26:10 time slot on Sunday evening is actually at 2:10 AM JST on Monday morning.)
