Occulus Creator Quietly Makes A "Metal Gear Solid" Cosplay Appearance At Japanese Event

This week's Machi ★ Asobi vol.18 offered cosplayers a chance to show off their craft at the Tokushima, Japan event's annual cosplay fashion show. And, a noteworthy overseas fan hit the event. One person taking up the challenge that Hideo Kojima was Palmer Luckey, creator and founder of VR headset maker Occulus (and now a bit of a controversial figure thanks to his political involvement) Palmer Luckey.
