J-Novel Club Announces "Invaders of the Rokujouma!?" Light Novels

J-Novel Club LLC has announced acquisition of a light novel series from Hobby Japan, Invaders of the Rokujouma!?, inspiration for the 2014 anime. The first three volumes are available now on j-novel.club to read for  everyone. In addition, the first half of volume 23 is available for J-Novel Club Members.

J-Novel Club will be releasing another volume of the remastered translation each, freely readable for everyone, and selling ebooks of the completed volumes with full images and typesetting 1 month after the release on j-novel.club.  Additionally, new parts from volume 23 and up will be released on j-novel.club on a weekly basis.

J-Novel Club notes that the translation is from translator Warnis, who has worked for years on the series and has gone back and remastered his translation for publication on J-Novel Club, as well as being completely edited by one of J-Novel Club’s editors, Megan Denton. As his translation was originally made freely available, J-Novel Club is offering the remastered translation for free worldwide, with the latest volume 23 and up available as Members’ Only prepub releases like the rest of the catalog.

Translator Warnis has a message for newcomers to the series, as well as long-time fans:

“I've been translating the series for a good while now, and as a big fan of the series I'm happy to see that it's finally gotten licensed. I hope you join me on the journey that is Invaders of the Rokujouma!”

六畳間の侵略者⁉︎ Worldwide English Digital Rights

Just starting high school, Koutarou is moving out on his own to take some of the burden off of his widower father. Lucky for him, he’s found a room at Corona House. It has a great landlord, it’s not too far from school, and best of all, it’s dirt cheap. It really is perfect... except for the strange girls that keep appearing to try and take it over! But even as room 106 turns into a battlefield, Koutarou isn’t willing to give up his apartment without a good fight. The invasion begins!
