Demental Man: Lloyd no Karte ("The Patient Files of Lloyd"), a new light novel series written by Kenji Saitou and illustrated by Keiichi Sato about a pair of doctors who treat illnesses caused by malignant spirits, is being adapted into an audio drama CD that will be released in Japan in June.
In Demental Man: Lloyd no Karte, insidious extra-dimensional monsters called "Dementals" possess human hosts and slowly transform their victims. The only people that can cure the afflicted are doctors known as "Demental Men". Cillian and Tokio Lloyd are two such doctors. Despite their clashing personalities, they protect the citizens of Dreadnought City from psychic invasion.
The Demental Man audio drama CD will include adaptations of chapters from the Demental Man light novels as well as original chapters and audio commentary by the cast. The cast for the audio drama CD includes:
- Kenshō Ono as Dr. Cillian Lloyd.
- Yūichirō Umehara as Dr. Tokio Lloyd.
- Miyuki Satou as Rachel=Uma=Roman.
- Kenjiro Suda as Anhkest.
- Wataru Yokojima as Gaff Eastside.
The Demental Man: Lloyd no Karte audio drama CD will be released in Japan in June of 2017. The exact release date and pricing have not yet been revealed.
