Thanks to the "Machi ★ Asobi 18" event currently taking place in Tokushima, new details have been revealed about the production of the upcoming TV anime adaptation of Osake wa Fuufu ni Natte Kara, a "cocktail comedy" web manga by Crystal na Yousuke about a young lady office manager who becomes exceptionally cute and playful when she gets tipsy.
The core staff for the series has been announced including:
- Chief director, director of audiography: Hisayoshi Hirasawa (OZMAFIA!)
- Animation producer: Taichi Hatanaka (Ojisan and Marshmallow)
- Animation production: Creators in Pack (Ojisan and Marshmallow, Military!)
The original Osake wa Fuufu ni Natte Kara web manga is serialized in Shogakukan's Yawaraka Spirits digital manga magazine, an online spin-off of Big Comic Spirits. The story follows Chisato Mizusawa, a young woman who is an extremely serious and business-minded executive at a PR company whose personality completely changes when she goes drinking with her husband, Sora.
