At last year's Nico Nico Chokaigi held at Makuhari Messe in Chiba Prefecture for two days on April 29 and 30, 2016, virtual singer Hatsune Miku performed her first live kabuki show "Cho Kabuki Hanakurabe Senbon Zakura" with acclaimed kabuki actor Shidou Nakamura on the stage. Kadokawa has posted a short preview for the upcoming DVD/Blu-ray of the well-received performance to be available on June 28.
