The Bishonen Evolution: Hiragana Are Now Cute Boys

Touken Ranbu brought us sword boys, and Gum Kare! brought us gum boys... but if you're still looking for more, don't worry. Because hiragana boys are on their way.

The boys of Hiragana Danshi were designd by K-ON! and Tamako Market character designer Yukiko Horiguchi for the variety show iChara. The hosts of the show are credited as collaborators on the app, which appears to be a casual game in which you line up kana to form words.

You can also expect to hear a few familiar voices in the app. The cast so far:

A: Yuuki Kaji (Eren Jaeger, Attack on Titan)

Nu: Tomokazu Sugita (Gintoki Sakata, Gintama)

U: Taichi Ichikawa (Kurogo Kurusu, Kabukibu!)

No: Shougo Yano (Shingo Sawatari, Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V)

Chi: Jun'ya Enoki (Takeru Takaishi, Digimon Adventure tri.)

Hi: Chisato

a: You Taichi (Albus, Grimoire of Zero)

i: Minami Shinoda (Kyoko Machi, Interviews with Monster Girls)

The app is not yet available, but the official website is running a pre-release campaign with an opportunity to stack up some neat in-game items.
