Looks like the rumor/hopes are proving true. YuruYuri manga author Namori has taken to Twitter to announced that a new YuyuYuri anime is in the works. There aren't any details yet, but there are lots of thanks and congratulations from Namori and the likes of Shiori Mikami (Akarin, Attack on Titan's Krista) and the folks behind the upcoming Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san anime (also based on a Comic Yuri Hime manga).
Volume 11 of the manga was recently released.
