Following the 2nd key visuals released last week, the official site for the upcoming TV anime adaptation of Matcha Hazuki's Isshukan Friends. (One Week Friends.) manga has posted the two 2nd promotional videos featuring the main couple of the story, Yuuki Hase and Kaori Fujiyama respectively.
The TV anime adaptation is produced by Brain's Base (Natsume Yujin-cho, Brothers Conflict) and directed by Taro Iwasaki (Yakushiji Ryoko no Kaiki Jikenbo). It is scheduled to premiere on Tokyo MX on April 6, then followed by other stations (MBS, TV Aichi, AT-X, BS11). Also the advanced screening event of the 1st episode will be held in Tokyo on March 29, one week before the TV premiere day.
The story revolves around a second grade high school student Yuuki Hase (CV: Yoshitaka Yamaya) and
his classmate Kaori Fujimiya (Sora Amamiya). Kaori has shown no interest in relationships with others and
has always kept to herself in the class. Yuuki wishes to become her friend, but she confesses that her
memory of her important friends disappear in a week and resets on every Monday. Even though knowing
the truth, Yuuki keeps trying to be her friend from zero every week again and again. Can he save her from
the heartrending loop?
