Popular anime voice actress Kana Hanazawa celebrates her 25th birthday today on February 25. She was born in Tokyo on February 25, 1989. Since when she was in kindergarten, she had worked as a child actress in various Japanese TV dramas and variety shows. When she was 14, she experienced her first anime voice work for 9-year-old character Holly Mad-thane in the 2003 TV series Last Exile.
After three year blank, she started her career as a professional voice actress with Ryoko Kaminagi in the 2006 series Zegapain. The two most popular anime characters voiced by her are probably Mikan Yuuki (To Love-Ru) and Kuroneko/Ruri Gokou (Ore no Imouto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai). Now she is considered as one of the most busiest voice actress, playing for at least 24 TV anime series and 15 video games last year. She is currently voicing:

"25," which contains her 5th single "Koisuru Wakusei, will be released in Japan tomorrow on February 26.
Her 1st album "claire" was released one year ago on February 20, 2013. It got a very good 6th place in the
Oricon weekly album charts.
