In December of 2016, fans got a taste of Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon, the English language version of the 20th season of the Pokémon. Now it's been announced that the popular children's TV anime will begin its official broadcast on Disney XD on May 12, 2017.

The broadcast kicks off with 2 episodes on 9PM on Friday, May 12, 2017, followed by the series assuming a regular broadcast schedule at 9AM on Saturday, May 13, 2017.
