If you were hoping to play Resident Evil 7's Chris Redfield-centric "Not a Hero" DLC soon, you're about to be very disappointed. While the new free episode was initially planned for a spring launch, Capcom announced a delay, pushing it back to an as-yet-undetermined release date.
According to a new video message, the content was nearly complete, but in light of the critical reception of RE7, director Koshi Nakanishi and his team concluded that it wasn't meeting expectations. Thus, they need more development time, and are determined to create something the fans will love.
