A healthy dose of UFOs, ghosts, cryptids, and assorted urban legends are coming to Crunchyroll this season in the form of the new short anime series The World Yamizukan.
The World Yamizukan begins streaming tomorrow, Sunday April 2, at 1:05pm PST and will be available to members worldwide except Asia.
About The World YAMIZUKAN
The World Yamizukan is a collection of the various aspects of darkness that exist in our world including UFOs, UMAs, curses, ancient civilizations, ESP, ghost encounters, mysteries, parallel worlds, and urban legends, whether they are fact or fiction. We will present this world in a picture card story type animation.
The art will have a Showa-era retro feel, similar to the occult specials that were printed in color in manga magazines and mystery books that were in the libraries of elementary schools. This is an omnibus short anime program that will feel as though you’re watching the pages of an encyclopedia being flipped one after another.
