Promotion is ramping up for the third part of the Ghost in the Shell: Arise prequel anime series with "border:3 Ghost Tears" hitting Japanese theaters on June 28. After the announcement that Sean Lennon is working on the ending, the latest news is that Tatsuhisa Suzuki, Aya Hisakawa and Ai Kayano are joining the cast as new characters, with Shunsuke Sakuya assuming the role of Ishikawa following Tomoyuki Dan's passing last year.
Suzuki voices Akira Hose, an engineer of custom protesthic bodies, in love with Motoko Kusanagi.
