The new model is 20% slimmer and 15% lighter than the original, has 1GB of internal memory built in to the system, and an LCD display. Battery life has increased to 4-6 hours of game play from the previous 3-5 hours. That goes up to 7 hours for video play, up from the current model's 5 hours.

DLC packs that come with the Vita version of Borderlands 2 include Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate's Booty, Mr. Torque's Campaign of Carnage, Psycho Character Class, Mechromancer Character Class, Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 1, and the Collector's Edition Pack.
