Moe Characters Invade Japanese Government's Official Twitter Account

The Japanese Government's Ministry of Public Management, Home Affairs, Posts and Telecommunications launched its official ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Twitter account on January 28, then revealed its original mascot characters for the account to be more friendly to the Japanese people two weeks later on February 10. The characters doesn't have their names yet and their designer is unknown (any idea who it is?). The Ministry may invite people's suggestions for their names soon. Check the icon and the header illustration below. How do you like them?
