The facility is tied to Gainax-created, Yonago-based management company and studio Yonago Film, which has produced movie and pop culture festival Yonago Eiga Jihen and tokusatsu short film “Negiman”. To construct the facility, the interior of a closed movie theater was completely renovated, removing all the seats and creating open areas while keeping the theater’s soundproofing.
The facility is divided into three halls, with differing stages and screens installed in each hall. The theaters, which permit food and drink, can be used for movie screenings, plays, concerts, art exhibitions, lectures, and meetings, among other functions.
