The official site for the forthcoming TV anime Soul Eater Not! today announced that it will be premiered on TV Tokyo in April. The OP theme song will be performed by five-member teenage vocal and dance unit Dancing Dolls. And the voice actresses for the three main girls; Haruka Chisuga (as Tsugumi Harudori), Aoi Yuki (Meme Tatane), and Saori Hayami (Anya Hepburn) will sing the ED theme song together.
Soul Eater Not! is a spin-off manga story of Atsushi Okubo's popular series Soul Eater (2004-2013). The manga has been serialized in Square Enix's Monthly Shonen Gangan since January 2011 and so far three tankobon volumes have been published in Japan. The TV anime adaptation is produced by BONES and directed by Masakazu Hashimoto (TARI TARI, Professor Layton and the Eternal Diva). Check the first promotional video below.
