Toei Animation today renewed the official website for the next feature film based on the ongoing 14th TV series Kirakira PreCure a la Mode, revealing its main visual and story details. The film titled "Eiga Kirakira PreCure a la Mode: Paritto! Omoide no Mille-feuille" (Kirakira PreCure a la Mode The Movie: Paris and The Memorable Mille-feuille) is confirmed to be released in Japan on October 28, 2017, accompanied with a full 3DCG short film "Petit Dream Stars! Let's la Cooking? Showtime!."
According to the website, the main story of the film is set in France, where the six members of KiraKira
Patisserie have visited to join a popular sweets contest. However, Ciel Kiraboshi seems not be in good condition,
she can't handle sweets making well and even transforming. At the contest venue, other five members meet
Jean-Pierre Zylberstein, who was the master of Ciel in her training days in Paris. Ichika decides to make the
memorable Mille-feuille together for the contest, which was made by Jean-Pierre for Ciel in the past. But
all of the sudden, a mysterious monster appears in Paris, then the city turns into real sweets.
Back in October 2010, the 7th non-All Stars film HeartCatch PreCure! the Movie: Fashion Show in the Flower
Capital... Really?! was also set in Paris, France.
