There’s a brand new mobile game coming to mobile phones, and it’s even currently available in New Zealand in soft launch. It’s called Final Fantasy XV: A New Empire, and it’s from the same developer that brought you Mobile Strike.
In the game, you’ll be able to build up your very own kingdom, presumably much like the other kingdom-centric mobile titles out there. You’ll create buildings, gather resources, and work with others to put together the strongest Empire you can. Noctis, Cindy, and several other familiar faces will be on board as well as you build up your Empire and rally the troops to victory in real-time battles.
You can create Guilds and work together with others to decimate the competition, all the while playing alongside others from around the world. It sounds a little paint-by-numbers with these descriptions, but it could offer a different perspective for the Final Fantasy world that we don’t often see. It’s interesting enough to see a mobile game based in that universe. There’s no release date yet for a worldwide version, but if you want to grab it via the New Zealand App Store, you can now!
