New "Armed Girl's Machiavellism" Visual Is Just the Cutest

Fudou Nomura's life is on the line in the upcoming adaptation of of Armed Girl's Machiavellism, but you wouldn't know it from the latest visual released on the official site. An ad giving dates for the series's first DVD/BD release shows the Five Ruling Swords looking anything but threatening:

The series features character designs by Chaos Dragon designer Shoko Takimoto, and is based on the manga of the same name illustrated by Karuna Kanzaki (Shinakoi).

In Armed Girl's Machiavellism, Fudou (depicted here as an adorable UFO catcher) finds himself in a school ruled by weapon-wielding girls. After becoming the target of Rin Onigawara, he must defeat the Five Ruling Swords of the school.

The series premieres this Wednesday, April 5.
