Haruka Yoshimura Voices Spaghetti Napolitan-Inspired Girl "Napolitan"

Japanese processed food company Kagome, especially known for its tomato-based products, has revealed its new promotional character "Napolitan" inspired by Spaghetti Napolitan, a Japanese style pasta dish made with a sauce that is tomato ketchup based. In the motif as a "Napolitan fairy who was born to make everyone's stomach and heart full with Spaghetti Napolitan," she is designed by Mika Pikazo, who has worked on many light novel cover illustrations including Ai Iwazawa's Kirapuri Ojisan to Youjo Senpai.

 

 

 

 

It is also confirmed that the character is voiced by popular voice actress Haruka Yoshimura, best known as

Nanase Yui in Go! Princess PreCure and Mika Jogasaki in The Idolm@ster Cinderella Girls.

 

 

 

And three vocaloid song videos of her, "Napolitan Napolitan" by Nayutan Seijin, "NapoNapo Return Match" by OSTER

project, and "N" by Wada Takeaki (Kurage-P) have been already posted on YouTube and Nico Nico Douga. The most

viewed song by April 29 at 09:59 will be selected as the character's official song.

  

 

Napolitan's offcial debut booth will be set up in the upcoming Nico Nico Chokaigi 2017 event to be held at Makuhari

Messe 2017 on April 29 and 30. Her official song to be chosen by then will be sung by Haruka Yoshimura in its second

day stage at 15:00.
