"Dragon Quest XI" Hits PS4 and 3DS in Japan on July 29

Square Enix announced an official release date for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo 3DS versions of Dragon Quest XI. The next entry in the main series launches in Japan on July 29. In addition to the standard release, Dragon Quest XI will be available in a Square Enix Store- and Lawson HMV-exclusive "Double Pack Hero's Sword Box," which includes both the PS4 and 3DS versions of the game for ¥14,960 ($136).

There's currently no news on the Switch version or western plans, so we'll have to stay tuned for more info.
