"Clockwork Planet" Takes over Akiba with Street Viewing and Stamp Rally

We may still be thousands of years away from the world of Clockwork Planet, but the anime will be taking over Akihabara for a month -- from street screens to maid cafes -- and fans who visit and shop in the area will have a chance to win some cool prizes.

Starting later this month, the AkibaVision screens throughout Akihabara will be transmitting special images and footage of the cast for all to see. In addition, various restaurants and maid cafes in the area will be taking part in a stamp rally, with limited-edition Clockwork Planet postcards as prizes.

Stamp rally cards will be available in Cafe Mail:ish, which will also have a special Clockwork Planet-themed menu starting May 1. Also participating will be HEART of HEARTs, Pinafore, Gyusha, Akihabara v. Lond Bell, Ramen Ninja, Tokumasa Curry, Spaghetti no Pancho, and Suzuya. Postcard designs will vary based on the location at which stamp rally cards are turned in.

The event begins April 29 and ends May 21.
