Check Out Inside of Ikebukuro Hotel's "Gintama" Collaboration Room

As previously reported, Sunshine City Prince Hotel in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, will start offering a time-limited special concept room based on the world and characters of Hideaki Sorachi's popular comedy manga series Gintama from this Friday, April 14. This is the hotel's 6th collaboration with popular anime series following Tiger & Bunny, Osomatsu-san, Hakuouki, Bungo Stray Dogs, and Hand Shakers.

The washitsu (traditional Japanese room)-style Gintama collaboration room is decorated with newly-drawn character illustrations as you can see the photos below. The guests also receive four "Gintama-limited" items that can be taken out, such as character acryl stands, message cards, IC card stickers, and a fundoshi-type hand towel.

Pre-orders for the original accommodation plans for April to August started on March 31, but they were immediately sold out in just one week. The hotel has decided to add one more collaboration room, and will

start accepting pre-orders for it from today.
