If you’re strolling through Sakura-zaka in Roppongi admiring the Cherry Blossom trees, you may start to get hungry. If so, BLT Japan has an excellent selection of dishes that use sakura as an ingredient for the BLT Steak Sakura Matsuri event.
The BLT Steak Sakura Matsuri event lasts from March 17 to April 9, and during that time you can get the Ohanami Burger, which is made using 100% prime grade beef, and for desert, you can have a sakura milkshake, made with gelato, milk, and sakura jam.
There are other great dishes available at BLT Japan, and you can get in on them if you happen to be in Roppongi or Ginza during the BLT Steak Sakura Matsuri event.
