It was reported last month that the second anime project based on Yui Hara's school comedy manga Kin-iro Mosaic/KINMOZA! was in the works. The official site for the project formally announced today on April 19 that it will be the second season of the TV anime following the 12-episode first season which was aired in Japan from July to September 2013. The news was also revealed on the back cover of the June 2014 issue of Houbunsha's Manga Time Kirara Max, the monthly manga magazine which has serialized the manga since the June 2010 issue. The issue is also released in Japan today on April 19. It is very appropriate for the manga to announce the very happy news on its fourth anniversary day.
The anime voice cast for the five main characters have posted their comments filled with excitement for the upcoming second season on the anime official site. More news including the on-air date will be
announced in the magazine and on the official site soon. In addition, "Kin-iro Mosaic Rhodanthe* Special
Live 2014 Hello*Connichiwa," a live event by the voice actress unit formed for the anime, Rhodanthe*, is
scheduled to be held at Zepp Tokyo on May 4. It must be a great celebration!
The official Twitter account of the anime (@kinmosa_anime) today posted the photo of the back cover
