Well, the punchline is that Bandai scheduled a very eclectic selection of characters for summer release from their S.H. lines of figures and they're now available for pre-order.
S.H. Figuarts Sailor Jupiter ships in July. The 15cm figure has three faces, five alternate hands, antenna and articulated ponytail.
S.H. Figuarts - Sadako Yamamura also ships in July. She has alternate hands, head and lower body, TV and VHS tape
18cm Godzilla S.H.MonsterArts is due in July. It has alternate hands and heat effect
The S.H. Figuarts 14cm Naruto ships in July. It has three expressions, 5 left hands, 6 rights, headband, 2 kunai and Rasengan effect part
The Eiga Dorobou, movie thief figure, due in August

On the tokusatsu front, S.H. Figuarts - Kamen Rider Leangle is also due in July.
