[NSFW] Gravure Idols vs Chicken?! Selfie War Breaks Out On Twitter

A Japanese centerfold model launched a club for a group of female models called Gravure Idols, or Guradoru for short, posting their own SFW and NSFW selfies with the hashtag for the club going viral very quickly. Club members now number over 300 bikini-wearing models who are willing to front their assets, and people initially thought they would rule the internet within a week, but not so fast! Unexpected rivals as juicy as the bikini models started posting their delicious (chicken) meat to see who was more popular!

Frustrated with the current Gravure idol scene where cute female idols using cutesy poses occupy limited pages, Yuka Kuramochi, a Gravure idol famous for her nice back, launched a virtual member club of Gravure Idols to post selfies of the Gravure pose that they like. The hashtag for that is "#Guradoru Jigadori Bu (Gravure Idol Selfie Club)". The revolutionaryy idea gave a voice to the models and many started posting their sexy selfies and their feelings toward Gravure culture in the hope to take Gravure pages back from female idols.

Soon, well-known Guradoru and otaku idol Chiaki Kyan got on the hashtag with her selfie, boosting the movement.

Videogame producer Kobayashi P from Capcom also used the hashtag to post Kasuga's selfie to promote Sengoku BASARA 4.

Even Takanori Nishikawa, aka TMR took advantage of the hashtag and posted his selfie after seeing KobaP's Kasuga post.

Soon after, a site popped up that collects postings with the hashtag for people to stalk watch all 327 members.

Then this post of a chicken in a sexy pose appeared. The Japanese word for selfie is "Jigadori" or "Jidori" and "Jidori" is the same pronunciation with the other juicy meat, which is nationally protected chicken breed. And then, there came a new hashtag "#Guradoru Jidori Bu (Gravure Nationally Protected Chicken Club)".

This definitely NSFW post is exploiting a JC, or a juicy chicken (JC usually stands for Female middle schooler in Japan).

Reacting to the chicken posts, Guradoru Mai Tsukamoto, the secretary of the Guradoru Jidori Club posted the above photo saying her thigh meat is jucier than theirs.

Also firing her selfie, the club president Yuka says the deliciousness of Guradoru's thighs will not be defeated. Which side do you think is the winner?
