“Bicycles and Girls” Series Adds Second Figure

Figure manufacturer Kaitendoh will be releasing the second figure in their collaborative series with sculptor SUZU of garage kit dealer Atomic-Bom. Titled “Atomic Bom Cycle Vol. 02 Bicycles and Girls”, the figure is part of a series of girls on bicycles.

 

 

Following the sporty “Messenger Girl” that kicked off the series, the second figure portrays a relaxed city girl, and is constructed with finished PVC parts based on a garage kit proven popular at hobby events. The wood-grain mini velo bicycle is done in exacting detail, and much like the first figure in the series, internet commenters cannot decide whether the focal point of the figure is the bicycle or the girl.

 

The 1/7th scale figure measures approximately 21 centimeters tall. It retails for 10,260 yen, tax included, and will be released in May.

 

The figure depicts a relaxed city girl with a bicycle.

Like the previous “Messenger Girl” figure, the bicycle is a wood-grain mini velo.
