NEET Army Equipment Cases Go On Sale

The NEET army isn’t quit so much an insurrection of the disfranchisement Not in Education, Employment, or Training as it a mobilization of otaku who show up at events like Comiket to pose in their SWAT armor cosplay. So, it’s a running gag than an Eden of the East scenario of the youth society left behind taking to the streets.

Well, Groove Garage is looking to cash in on the notion of an elite NEET Home Security Force with sales of collapsible weapons and equipment containers.

Shipping in March, the items, often marketed for survival game gear, sell for 6,500yen.  Advertised features include the ability to lock the cover, and even the ability to pile them up as a barricade!

Specs include

Outer Size: 530 x 366 x 334 (95)mm
Inner Size: 494 x 336 x 303mm
Usable Inner Size: 493 x 335 x 303mm
Material: PP, LDPE (Handle Cover)
