GARNiDELiA, Rei Yasuda Perform "The Irregular at Magic High School" New Theme Songs

The official site for the ongoing TV anime adaptation of Tsutomu Sato's action fantasy light novel series The Irregular at Magic High School has announced the new theme song artists. A two-member unit GARNiDELiA's 2nd single "grilletto" will be featured as the new OP, while a U.S.-born singer Rei Yasuda sings the new ED "Mirror." Both songs will be started to be used from next month.


 


GARNiDELiA was formed by 22-year-old female singer MARiA (Mai Mizuhashi) and 36-year-old music producer/composer toku (Yoshinori Abe) in September 2010. After releasing several doujin works at Comic Market, they made their major debut with 1st single "Ambiguous" released on March 3, 2014. The song was used as the OP theme for the TV anime Kill La Kill. Their 2nd single "grilletto" is scheduled to be released in Japan on July 30.


 


While working as a fashion model, Rei Yasuda released her 1st single "Best of my Love" (Space Batlleship


Yamato 2199 2nd ED) as a solo singer on July 3, 2013. Her 3rd single "Pass Code 48542" is currently featured


as the ED song for the ongoing TV anime The File of Young Kindaichi Returns. Her 4th single "Mirror" hits


Japanese stores on September 3.
