In addition to last season’s anime, Mari Matsuzawa’s chastity belt/possession imouto series Recently, My Sister is Unusual has been adapted into a live-action movie, hitting Japanese theaters on May 17th. Now, this might seem like an odd choice for international market, but Kadokawa has posted an English subtitled trailer.
If you’re curious about its rating… it got an R15+: Forbidden for under 15. The film contains mature themes, nudity, explicit language, violence, sexual situations and/or drug references which is inappropriate for people under 15.

A new sister with chastity belt?
Cranky baby sister , rookie big brother and a girl ghost take us to a fetish world we have never seen before.
Mitsuki has a new brother, Yuuya, after their parents’ remarriage.
Mitsuki is having trouble adapting to her new life, but one day she meets the ghost girl Hiyori. “I’m in love with your brother, but I died before I could be with him, and now I can’t go to heaven.” And the only way for Hiyori to get to heaven is to make love to Yuuya!
Mitsuki is suddenly forced to wear the T.S.T (A chastity belt). The heart-shaped gauge on the T.S.T goes up whenever its wearer is feeling horny, and if it gets full, Hiyori can go to heaven. But if it gets empty, the person wearing it will die. In other words, if Mitsuki doesn’t get horny for her brother… she will die!
And there’s also Yuuya’s old friend Yuki, who wants him for herself! What will happen to “little sister” Mitsuki!?
The film is directed by Yuuki Aoyama who is known as the photographer of the School Girl Complex photo book.
Junior idol, turned Gyaru turned actress Tenka Hashimoto plays lead Mitsuki.
A Japanese Gravure idol, Mayu is cast as the ghost who is obsessed with Mitsuki’s brother, Yuya.
Mitsuki’s brother, Yuya is performed by Yukichi Kobayashi.
The film’s theme song has also been announced to be titled HOW’S IT GOING? It will be produced by tofubeats and performed by Tenka. The single was released April 23 in Japan.
