Love and rock and roll set teenage hearts on fire in a new trailer for The Anonymous Noise (known as Fukumenkei Noise in Japan), an upcoming TV anime based on the music-themed shōjo romance manga by Ryoko Fukuyama.
The original The Anonymous Noise manga is serialized in Hakusensha's Hana to Yume shōjo manga magazine, and English language version is also published by Viz Media, who describe the series as follows:
"Nino Arisugawa, a girl who loves to sing, experiences her first heart-wrenching goodbye when her beloved childhood friend, Momo, moves away. And after Nino befriends Yuzu, a music composer, she experiences another sad parting! Both boys promised Nino that they would find her one day through her singing, so she holds on to that hope and continues to reach out with her voice. Now in high school, Nino serendipitously reunites with Yuzu, but she yearns to see Momo again…"
The Anonymous Noise is directed by Hideya Takahashi (Keijo!!!!!!!!) and features animation by Brain's Base. The series debuts on Tokyo MX on April 11, 2017, with later broadcasts to follow on Kansai TV and BS Fuji.
