Crunchyroll x Anime Boston: Premium Member Perks & VRV Lounge Info!

With Anime Boston coming up this weekend we have one final update before we pack up and head East.

We are happy to announced Anime Boston this year is again going to be powered by Crunchyroll. This means that Crunchyroll Premium Members and VRV Subscribers get special access and benefits when attending Anime Boston.

After picking up your badge at Registration be sure to swing by the Crunchyroll Premium Member check in tables in the same room. There you can either log in to your account on our iPads or show us your Premium Member or Subscriber status on the Crunchyroll or VRV app to receive a badge that will give you access to the below perks.

We also teamed up with Anime Boston to create an exclusive poster featuring Crunchyroll Hime and the Anime Boston Mascots.

This poster is available at both the Crunchyroll booth store and the Anime Boston merch store.

A few of you may be asking “what is VRV?” since we mentioned it above. VRV is the new pop-culture subscription service from Ellation, the parent company of Crunchyroll. VRV is home to your favorite channels, shows, and communities celebrating anime, animation, gaming, sci-fi, fantasy, horror, technology and more. VRV will have a few things going on at Anime Boston as well.

As mentioned above, we will have Crunchyroll VRV lounge at Anime Boston. This can be found just across from the exit of the Exhibit Hall. Look for the the Crunchyroll and VRV signs.  This will be a place for Crunchyroll Premium Members and VRV Subscribers to relax and rest between event at Anime Boston. We will be showing anime and content from VRV as well as have charging stations and snacks and drinks.

Our friends at Bandai Visual worked with Anime Boston to bring out Shingo Natsume, the Director of ACCA: 13-Territory Inspection Dept., Space Dandy, and One Punch Man.
