Five-member Japanese idol group Momoiro Clover Z's official YouTube channel today posted a live-version promotional video for their 12th single "Moon Pride," the OP theme song for the ongoing web anime Sailor Moon Crystal. The clip was filmed at "MomoClo Natsu no Baka Sawagi 2014," their summer concert held at Nissan Stadium (capacity: 72,327) in Kanagawa Prefecture on July 26.
"Moon Pride" is written/composed/arranged by Revo, who is best known for his top-selling anime song of 2013, "Guren no Yumiya" (as Linked Horizon/TV anime Attack on Titan 1st OP). The CD single was released in Japan on July 30 and took a very good 3rd place in the Oricon weekly single ranking selling 23,527 units in its first week.
