Fear, and Loathing in Las Vegas to Perform “Parasyte” Anime Opening



Fear, and Loathing in Las Vegas (Sengoku Basara: Judge End, Gokukoku no Brynhildr , Hunter x Hunter) have been introduced as the theme song performers of the upcoming Parasyte anime. A release date for a single of the song, “Let Me Hear,” hasn’t been announced, but the screamo/digital hardcore just released their third album, “Phase 2″ August 6th.

Kenichi Shimizu (primarily an animator, who previously directed Avengers Confidential: Black Widow & Punisher) helms the Madhouse production with Shoji Yonemura (Kamen Rider Kabuto, Smile Precure) handling composition. Gainax vet Tadashi Hiramatsu (His and Her Circumstances) is on character design with Toshiyuki Komaru as chief animation director.



Nobunaga Shimazaki is 17-year-old Shinichi Izumi. Aya Hirano voices Migi, the alien parasite that attempts to bore into his brain, but, thwarted by headphones, winds up in his right hand. Kana Hanazawa is his close friend Satomi Murano.
