Three additional voice cast for the upcoming second season of the Kamisama Hajimemashita/Kamisama Kiss TV anime which is based on Julietta Suzuki's popular shoujo manga series were announced at Hana to Yume Anime Fes in Tokyo yesterday. The event was held to celebrate the Hana to Yume shoujo manga magazine's 40th anniversary and its 1,000th issue, featuring other latest animated series Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii and Akatsuki no Yona as well.
40-year-old voice actor Showtaro Morikubo, who is best known as Shikamaru Nara in Naruto and Yusuke Makishima in Yowamushi Pedal, voices Ookuninushi, the God of Wealth, along with Hinata Kusunoki (Mamoru's monkey form) and Daiki Yamashita (Mamoru's human child form). The second season's first PV was also screened at the event and it is now streamed on the anime's official site

While no details for its premiere schedule has been announced, a presentation event for the second
season titled Kamisama Hajimemashita ◎ is scheduled to be held in this December.
