Publisher Yen Press closed out the week with announcements of two new series, both set to debut in October. Ukami's 2013 four volume ongoing manga Gabriel DropOut, inspiration for this series' anime, is joined by Riku Ayakawa's 2015 two-volume manga adaptation of Masamune Kuji and Hisasi's Hybrid × Heart Magias Academy Ataraxia, which also inspired a summer 2016 TV anime.

Hybrid x Heart, Volume 1 by Masamune Kuji, Riku Ayakawa!
Hida Kizuna isn’t anyone special, but his life is about to get really steamy! Invaders from another world are attacking the Earth, and humanity’s only hope lies in special armors called Hybrid Heart Gears, or HHGs. Hida Kizuna might seem unexceptional, but he has a skill that can turn the tide of battle—by getting female HHG users hot and bothered, he can replenish their energy!

This winter’s hit anime comes to print in October. Anime fans, go back to the source with this manga about a fallen angel with falling grades! Gabriel White Tenma has descended from heaven to attend high school and guide humanity, but a newly found video game addiction might say otherwise.
I've got one more for today, but remember, we'll be announcing even MORE new titles at our Sakura-con panel, Saturday 4/15 @ 930am! pic.twitter.com/M6aT5elRZV
