Last weekend's Dengeki Game Festival saw a flood of news about the properties tied to the ASCII Media Works/Kadokawa label. Though, no Sword Art Online 3 or A Certain Magical Index 3 anime news. However, in the latter case, there was a suggestion. With fans buzzing about a Certain Virtual On collaboration from Sega, Editor Miki advised fans to wait for news on a possible third season. Whether he was actually referring to a certain Kazuma Miki series has been the cause for speculation on the Japanese blogs.
Toaru Majutsu no Virtual-On is scheduled for the PlayStation 4 and PS Vita in 2018.
