We recently saw a video preview of Final Fantasy Legends: The Space-Time Crystal, and now it's time to get an early peek at another smartphone game, Mevius Final Fantasy. The recently-revealed game promises a level of quality that will rival that of a numbered installment, featuring some of the franchise's mainline staff on deck.
The new batch of images mostly appears to consist of key visuals and concept art, but there's at lease one screenshot-looking pic in the mix.
The story of Mevius Final Fantasy finds you waking up with no memory of where you came from and no idea of where you're headed. With the help of a mysterious voice, you set out across Paramatia, a hopeless land full of melancholy people who haven't had their hearts touched by the Light of Hope.
Mevius Final Fantasy is currently slated for a spring 2015 release on iOS and Android in Japan.
