"Sound! Euphonium" Anime Adaptation By Kyoto Animation Confirmed

After first being hinted by Japanese media earlier this week, the first details regarding the forthcoming Sound! Euphonium anime adaptation have been confirmed via teaser trailer being shown during Comiket and the trailer is embedded below, from the Kyoto Animation YouTube channel.


 



 


The anime adaptation being handled by Kyoto Animation was first hinted by the site responsible for the Kono Manga ga Sugoi guidebook, but was quickly redacted, then a Comiket staff person involved with the event production later confirmed a new Kyoto Animation trailer that was set to run during the convention on Twitter.

The anime adaptation was first confirmed in October and the following staff details have been confirmed from the teaser trailer as well as an April broadcast date from the official site:
