Saitama, Japan is getting ready to kick off a string of anime events leading up to the Anime and Manga Festival in Saitama (Anitamasai) and ANISAMA WORLD 2014 concert October 11th and 12th. To encourage otaku tourists to start visiting the prefecture, special collaborative goods featuring home town characters from AnoHana, Encouragement of Climb, Kamisama Kiss, and, of course, Lucky Star, are being offered along with an anime pilgrimage smartphone stamp rally, launching August 29th.
