Gundam creator Yoshiyuki Tomino’s long awaited space elevator work G-Reco, or Gundam Reconguista in G kicks off on ANIME-ISM, a midnight programming block of MBS, in October. Before that, a theatrical compilation of the first three episodes will be screened in 13 thearts across Japan between August 23 and September 5. And now, before that, a 10 minute preview has been scheduled for August 8th.

The opening 10 minutes will be shown online at locations such as http://Gundam.info along with an inteview with Tomino and making-of.

And speaking of streaming, an English subtitled version of Mobile Suit Gundam: Char’s Counterattack, the 1987 movie that served as a climax to the rivalry between original protagonist and antagonist Amuro and Char, is officially online for a limited time.
