26-year-old singer Nagi Yanagi will release her 8th single “Tokohana” on June 4 and the title song is now used as the ED theme for the on-going TV anime Black Bullet. The CD single also includes “Cross Road,” which was featured in the anime TV CM for Z-Kai, a famous correspondence education company. The CM was directed by Makoto Shinkai and posted in February this year. “Tokohana” is written by Yanagi herself and composed/arranged by Shinya Saito, who is well-known for his works for Shoko Nakagawa, KOTOKO, fripSide, Aya Hirano, and Nana Mizuki.
All of Yanagi’s previous seven single songs were used as the theme songs for the TV anime series:
